Program description
Tidal Point Wellness sends conversational and informational text messages related to your assessment, appointment and consultation updates, care and service information, and — only with your consent — occasional promotions.
Consent and opt-in
You opt in to receive text messages from Tidal Point Wellness by checking the SMS consent box when submitting the assessment form on our website, by providing your phone number to us verbally or in writing for this purpose, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will not receive more messages than are reasonably needed to serve your assessment, appointments, or care.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by contacting us at support@tidalpointwellness.com.

Privacy of opt-in data

Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network availability.
