Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Tidal Point Wellness (“Tidal Point,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit tidalpointwellness.com, submit our assessment form, or communicate with us.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you complete our online assessment or contact us, we collect the details you share — such as your name, email address, phone number, state of residence, height, weight, health goals, and any notes you include for our care team.
- Usage information. Like most websites, we receive basic technical information when you visit — such as IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view — used to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
How we use your information
- To review your assessment and contact you about scheduling your consultation.
- To communicate with you about appointments, care plans, and service updates.
- With your consent, to send you text messages as described in the SMS section below.
- To send occasional marketing communications you have opted into. You can opt out at any time.
- To operate, protect, and improve our website and services, and to comply with legal obligations.
Health information
Information you share through our assessment (such as height, weight, and health goals) is used solely to prepare for your consultation and, if you become a patient, to support your care. Clinical services are provided by licensed clinicians, and medical records created in the course of treatment are handled in accordance with applicable health-privacy laws.
SMS/text messaging privacy
If you opt in to text messages from Tidal Point Wellness, we use your phone number to send messages about your assessment, appointment updates, care information, and — only if you consented — occasional promotions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. See our Terms & SMS Policy for full messaging terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate (such as website hosting, communications platforms, licensed pharmacies, and laboratories), bound to use your information only to provide those services.
- Licensed clinicians who review your assessment and provide your care.
- Legal authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you, meet legal and medical record-keeping requirements, and maintain business records — then delete or anonymize it. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
- Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any message.
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
